How do I cancel a booking?
If for any reason you may need to cancel, simply give us a call to alter an appointment date or a cancellation. However, please give us at least 72 hours notice or there may be a £350 charge.
How long does a full detail take?
There is a no straight forward answer to this question. The principle reason being, we cannot determine an exact time without evaluating the condition of the paintwork before hand. This is a common question and we insist on not letting the client down so we therefore prefer to assess the car before hand. Although generally, a 'New Vehicle Detail' (excluding paint correction) will take at least 10 hours to complete and all other treatments offered will take longer. Our aim is to provide 100% customer satisfaction and a task as this should not be rushed.
How far will Elite Detailing Travel?
Elite Detailing and Protection (EDP) are based in Knightsbridge London, Solihull Birmingham and Wan Chai Hong Kong.
We do not offer a mobile service unless the working conditions are perfect and it will also depend on the type of assignment.
We can provide fully insured covered transportation of the vehicle for the collection and delivery of your vehicle anywhere in Europe.
What payment methods do Elite accept?
We accept cash, debit/credit card or direct bank transfer Dealerships/Corporate accounts are also available upon appraisal.
What are EDP's operating hours?
8am-6pm Monday to Friday. You are welcome to call outside of these hours for any enquiries.
Is Elite insured to work on vehicles?
Yes we are fully insured to work on your pride and joy as well as carrying fully comprehensive cover to drive/move your motor vehicle if required to do so.
